We use this information to measure interest in potential experience concepts, understand visitor expectations and purchase intent, improve future experiences, and analyze campaign performance. We contact visitors about a concept only when they have consented to receive updates.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate this website and the research campaign.

We retain email addresses collected through early-access signups for up to 12 months from the date of submission, unless you request earlier deletion or continued retention is legally required.
Survey responses are stored separately from early-access email addresses and are not intentionally linked to an identifiable participant. Survey responses are retained for up to six months after the testing period ends. We may retain anonymized, aggregated research results for longer.

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this website, contact us at hello@nycimmersive.space so we can delete it.
